This morning we had a challenge, to get my darling dad a birthday present. Mission, accomplished! We went to our local shopping centre which is very very large and we found the perfect present after searching many many stores!!
I even managed to find myself 3 new books at Borders in the 3 for 2 deal. I am very much looking forward to sitting down and selecting which new novel to start on first! I found Alexander some books too, but will pop them on his birthday list for his aunts and uncles to choose from.
We then had a quiet lunch with Nonna before trying some of our tiramisu from yesterday....and the verdict....bellisimo!! Mum and I decided it was nearly as good as our favourite one from Greppia in Verona!! We will definitely be making this particular recipe again!! Now off to select that book with a quiet cup of tea.
