This week darling hubby is off away again for work, so this morning after coming home with a trolley full of groceries, I have made some yummy lasagne to have tomorrow and some extra to freeze for the next two weeks. I can't wait....I haven't had lasagne since August when my sister in law made some and brought it over to share for dinner one night. I haven't made it since pre Alexander days as I tend to make bolognaise as it is so much quicker! What haven't you made in a while and are craving?Sunday, December 5, 2010

ReplyDeleteI used to make it from scratch, my mum's recipe but now I just revert to an easy recipe and voila, it's done! My hubby isn't a fan of mince so it's really just for me and Alex when he learns to eat meat!
Only one more night for me and I will have my hubby home for the festive season!
