Alex has been a formula baby (long story-short, I had no milk supply) so since he is inching closer to being a one year old (OMG!!!) I am weaning him off formula and onto cows milk....
So here is a pic of what I thought would be his last can of formula and his first bottle of cows milk....hmmm nope...Alex seems to have other ideas!! He enjoyed the cows milk on Sunday, but since then has simply thrown the bottle at me.....oh dear...could be a battle for a few more days....but I know we will get there, we do with everything, after all slow and steady wins the race!
I have no experience with formula, but is it possible to mix it with cows milk? Perhaps if you gradually change the proportions, Alex will take the transition easier?
ReplyDeleteI would rather not mix, I have thought about it though. Alex is more interested each time. Alex doesn't like new things....we went through the same with water and eating....slow and steady gets him there....positive thoughts too!!
